The apartments are structured in:

- a living room with a sofa bed, a cooking area, a double room and a bedroom with two beds or a bunk bed, a bathroom with shower and a little balcony.

The small villas have, at the ground floor, a living room with a sofa bed and a cooking area, and at the first floor a double room, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom with shower.
