General regulations


Bookings are only to be considered definitively confirmed on receipt of the Contract Confirmation Letter that Agenzia Marina will send as soon as the deposit has been paid. Agenzia Marina reserves the right to refuse any deposits paid more than fifteen days after the date on which the apartment became available.


You have to pay to Agenzia Marina a deposit amounting to the 30% of the rent or in any case it hasn't to be lower than the rent of a week. The deposit has to be send per bank-transfer:

The balance of the rent and the eventual additionals have to be pay at the arrive, concomitantly with the apartment key's drawing:

- Payment per credit-card VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, BANCOMAT

- By credit-card we accept only payments from € 1.000,00

- Payments up to € 999,00 are required in cash.

The amount of the rent doesn't include:

- the final cleaning, the beach service

- the caution money of € 150,00

- the rent of beds and cots (only after the Agency's confirmation) € 25,00 a week

- the rent of sheets: € 15,00 a week for each bed

- extra expences: air conditioning if provided price on request € 25,00 / week


- revenue stamp

- Pet: € 60,00 / stay (please advise prior to arrival).


The deposit will not be refunded under any circumstance. The entire deposit will only be refunded if the Customer is obliged to cancel more than 5 weeks prior to the start of the booked period.


Customers must arrive between 4.00 and 8.00 p.m. on the established day. In the event of late arrival, please promptly notify Agenzia Marina, otherwise the apartment will be kept free for a further day before being made available for re-rental, with the consequences described in point three applicable for the customer. On arrival, all apartment occupants must provide a valid ID document for registration.


It is forbidden to exceed the number of occupants indicated in our quote. From this standpoint children are considered equal to adults. In any case, subject to request, Agenzia Marina may authorise an extra guest subject to payment of a surcharge. Pets are only allowed if authorised by Agenzia Marina, in accordance with the regulations in force in each building. Guests may not use their own electric gas hobs or ovens. All occupants are requested to observe the rules of each house and especially to ensure that they minimise noise during the night and during the afternoon siesta period.


All apartments are fully furnished and equipped with a gas cooker or kitchen, hot and cold running water and a 220 Volt electricity supply. A blanket is provided for each berth. Customers must only bring their own bed linen, towels and table linen. Subject to request, it is possible to hire pillowcases and sheets on site. Complaints about the conditions of the accommodation and any items missing on the inventory will only be accepted within 24 hours from arrival. After this term, all damaged or broken items will be charged at price list rates.


The apartment must be left free by 10.00 a.m. on the agreed day. Departures must take place within office hours in order to allow staff to verify the state of the apartment and its cleanliness. Subject to request, Agenzia Marina may authorise night-time departure or departure outside office hours, however in this case it reserves the faculty to withhold the refundable deposit mentioned in the next point and to send it by mail subsequently, once the necessary checks have been performed. Even if the cleaning has been paid for, all kitchenware and crockery must be left perfectly clean.


Occupants undertake to look after the apartment and the domestic equipment therein (kitchenware, refrigerator, mattresses, etc.). Any broken or damaged articles will be charged at price list rates. In order to guarantee the observance of the aforesaid and the undertaking to leave the apartment in order, on collection of the keys, Customers shall pay Agenzia Marina the refundable deposit established on the price list. Said deposit will be refunded once the apartment has been checked at the end of the stay.


Agenzia Marina acts as an intermediary between the Customer and the owner of the accommodation. It therefore has no responsibility for any breakages, accidents, losses and inconveniences of any type that may arise in the apartment. However, Agenzia Marina will do everything in its power to resolve such situations.


In the case of any unexpected events that may arise affecting the allocation of the apartment, Agenzia Marina reserves the right to replacement with another.


Agenzia Marina staff are authorised to enter apartments to perform any necessary checks and/or repairs.
