Payments
A deposit equal to 30% of the total apartment rental fee, and in any case no less that one week’s rental, must be paid directly to Agenzia Marina. Payments may also be made by mail (postal order or registered letter containing banker’s draft) or by bank transfer:

The balance of the rent and the eventual additionals have to be pay at the arrive, concomitantly with the apartment key's drawing:
- Payment per credit-card VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, BANCOMAT
- By credit-card we accept only payments from € 1.000,00
- Payments up to € 3.000,00 are required in cash.
The outstanding rental fee any surcharges must be paid on arrival on receipt of the keys of the apartment.
Rental does not include:
- the final cleaning, the beach service
- the caution money of € 150,00
- the rent of beds and cots (only after the Agency's confirmation) € 25,00 a week
- the rent of sheets: € 15,00 a week for each bed
- extra expences: air conditioning if provided price on request
- visitor's tax costs € 3,50 per person for a period from 1 to 14 days. From 15th day the fee is repaeted. Childrens up to 12 years are free.
